Notes

  • Melita #4 filter paper, 75g beans (Niche grind 56) to 1.25L water, timed around 5 min 15s to a slow drip, 6 minutes to finish. Stirred at bloom, midway (more aggressively) and after most of the water had been poured in.
  • Can grind a little finer next time
