Notes

• Cleaned out the Moccamaster yesterday with descaler and the Cafzia E31 (espresso machine cleaning tablets dissolved in water) and so I was very excited to see if the coffee would taste better - it does!
• Melitta #4 filter, 75g beans (Niche grind 45) to 1.25L water, timed around 7 minutes. Stirred at bloom and after most of the water had been poured in.
• To grind even coarser next time, to aim for 6 minutes
